Introduction to Garments Washing

Garments washing:

The technology through which the outlook, comfort, appearance etc. are modified by “acqua treatment” of the garments is called garments washing. Normally garments washing means we realize Denim garments(shirts, short pants, long pants etc), jeans washing. In garments washing factory also non-denim dyeing is done.

Objects/Purpose of industrial garments washing:

1. Washing process is done to create wash look appearance. After washing the garments, creates new look seems the new touch of fashion.
2. The main object of garments washing is to remove size material from the garments. As a result garments become soft and there is no sticky feeling.
3. During garments wash shrinkage occurs in the garments. As a result no possibility of further shrinkage.
4. After washing the washed garments are ready to wear.
5. introduced in the garments through garments washing which is a fashionable touch of the garment.
6. Other fashionable touch like destroy, whiskering permanent and temporary wrinkle, dirty effect etc can be bought in garments which are very popular now at present.

Sequence of garments washing:

Garments loading → Pre-treatment → washing as recommended → neutralization → softening → Hydro-extraction → drying → unload the garments → delivery.
